PLENTY TRIRO POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS ARE THE SECRET TO A WELL-OILED OPERATION

Consistent and continuous application of lubricating oils to moving machine parts such as bearings, gears and compressors is a vital part of keeping offshore equipment operating at its best. The Plenty TRIRO C-Range of triple screw pumps from Celeros Flow Technology is a popular choice for oil gas applications as part of a forced lubrication system. To get more news about MONO pump Accessories, you can visit hw-screwpump.com official website.

A typical offshore installation may rely on dozens of lubricating pumps to keep everything running smoothly. One example is seawater injection systems, where bearings and gears need regular lubrication at the correct pressure and flow to deliver the high speed, high power performance required.

The TRIRO C-range three-screw pump is designed for medium pressure, high flow applications on clean liquids. Offered with a wide range of configure-to-order features, TRIRO pumps are easy to customize: making them equally suitable for incorporation in new systems, or as a replacement manufactured to fit existing equipment parameters.

The TRIRO pump is of the positive displacement axial flow screw type and has only three moving parts - a power rotor and two idler rotors. This results in improved pump efficiency and reduced maintenance needs. The three rotors have accurately machined, precisely intermeshing threads which enfold the liquid being pumped and act as seals: both in relation to each other and to the pump body or sleeve in which they rotate. Designed specifically to pump oils, TRIRO pumps have an axial, pulse-free flow and silent operation.

TRIRO pumps are produced as a cartridge design with either an aluminum alloy or SG iron construction and feature a mechanical seal and optional integral relief valve EDITORIALas standard. The cartridge doubles as a renewable sleeve and can be inserted into a fabricated steel casing to meet the requirements of API specifications.

Custom casing designs can be accommodated to meet client dimensions and specifications. This range can be manufactured in accordance with most oil company and turbomechanical specifications including API 614, API 676 and API 610 (where relevant to P.D. pumps). Horizontal free standing, base mounted, and tank top-mounted units are available, close coupled to electric motors.

While the TRIRO C-range is most commonly found in offshore applications, other pumps in the range (designated E, T and H) mean that there is a TRIRO pump to accommodate flows from 0.1 to 750 m3/hr, temperatures ranging from -20° to + 200° C and operating pressures up to 138 bar (2000 PSI). TRIRO pumps can handle clean liquids with a viscosity range of 2 to 5000 cSt.

TRIRO pumps are fully supported by the industry knowledge and engineering expertise inherent in Celeros Flow Technology. In addition to design and customize-to-order design and manufacture services, customers can benefit from spare parts accessibility and aftermarket support to complement their own planned maintenance, repair replace schedules and contingency planning.
