Copper Acetate, a white powder or hexagonal crystal, is colorless, tasteless and sandy.  It turns yellow when heated and turns white when cooled.  Sublimation at 1800℃.  Insoluble in water and ethanol.  Can be dissolved in acid, alkali hydroxide, ammonia water and ammonium salt solution.
