1. After the wood chip machine stops feeding, the hot air stove continues to blow hot air into the system for 20 minutes to dry the internal components of the dust collector.
2. After the wind stops, immediately close the inlet and outlet valves of the dust collector to prevent cold air from intruding. Dust collectors are required for maintenance and upkeep.
3. Check the large diaphragm in the pulse valve 1 to 2 times, if it is damaged or aging, please replace it.

4. Half an hour before the wood chip machine stops feeding, please stop bipolar beating and ash discharging, and the ash hopper must maintain a certain level of dust.
5. Frequently check the grease in the oil tank of the fan motor and the geared motor, and replenish it in time.
6. Clean the air pump filter of the wood chip machine once every half month to ensure that the air passage is unblocked.
7. If you find a malfunction, please stop the machine in time, find the cause, and use it after maintenance.
8. Open the inspection door of the wood chip machine frequently to check whether the filter bag is normal and whether there is too much powder on the surface area, find out the reason, and eliminate the fault.
9. Add grease to the bearings of the Rapid Splitter air pump and replace it once a year.
10. Keep the surface of the pulse controller clean.
