And when I need to reprocess or market raw ore to create most ISK.This helps me to decide if I should by the boat on market, or simply build itself.

By way of example figuring out the perfect mixture of ores is a intricate optimization problem that demands a bunch of linear algebra to solve. Google has some solutions that help a lot with this particular problem and I really don't think excel has this functionality so it might demand more custom code.

Excel does, at excel solver I think. Just isn't enabled by default with shine is all.That is true but I do not think excel has a service which exposes that solver when writing custom code to the sheet.
