Kadhi The Indian Yogurt Curry
Kadhi, the yogurt curry of north India is widely famous for the taste it gives and the change it brings in flavour when it is mixed with any dish. There are several recipes for making Rajasthani kadhi, but my favorite version is the Mangodi Papad Kadhi. I prepared the newer variation of the same which is even tastier. Weight loss, treating indigestion/constipation, and preventing dehydration are some of the health benefits you may experience due to the presence of raw green mangoes in Kadhi.
