Mission Karmayogi is included in some of the Ministry of Personnel's critical initiatives in the year 2020 for online shared eligibility tests for most government recruitments and capacity building of central employees. The Ministry took timely measures to facilitate all central government offices' smooth functioning amid the Kovid-19 epidemic and provide a safe working environment to over 48 lakh employees.

The concept of working from home arose due to the applicable lockdown to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Simultaneously, the working methods and attendance system started by the Ministry for the employees ensured that the central government organizations continue to work. During this year, various steps were announced to ensure that the pensioners of the Central Government do not face any problem in submitting life certificates.

Pensioners have to give life certificates to the pension-issuing banks so that they can continue the pension. In November, it was decided by the Center that the postmen would provide service to the pensioners of the Central Government at home to submit life certificates online. A statement issued by the Ministry of Personnel said, "Given the current epidemic, it is a great relief for pensioners to submit life certificates at home."

The government also came up with a format to complain with the Anti-Corruption Ombudsman. Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh said, "One of the historic decisions is to have a National Recruitment Agency (NRA), a general for recruitment in government jobs. Will conduct the eligibility test (CET). "He said that it would provide an equal opportunity to the job seekers, and they will not need to appear in different selection examinations at different Sarkariresult places."

Singh said, "At the same time, the government has decided to set up one or more centers in every India district so that financially disadvantaged candidates and especially women candidates have no difficulty in traveling. You don't have to deprive yourself. "He said that the mission is going to be an important decision in Karmayogi governance, and it will provide a continuous upgrade mechanism for government officials."

According to Sarkari Results official minister said, "Every officer will have an online facility for capacity building, whenever he takes on a new assignment or whenever he will be posted in a different assignment." The Union Cabinet has approved Group B and C (non-technical). It was decided to constitute the National Recruitment Agency (NRA) for CET to select candidates for the posts. The NRA will have representatives from the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Finance / Department of Financial Services, Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), and Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

Currently, candidates seeking government jobs have to appear in different examinations conducted by several recruitment agencies for different posts. The same eligibility conditions have been prescribed. Candidates have to pay fees to many recruitment agencies and travel long distances to appear in various examinations. On average, 25 million to 3 crore candidates sit in each of these exams.

The government had said that CET would enable these candidates to appear in the examination once and apply for any or all of these recruitment agencies for higher-level examination. This will indeed be a boon for all the candidates. In March, 11 months after the Anti-Corruption Lokpal formation, the government had issued a draft to lodge complaints with the Lokpal against public servants, including the Prime Minister.

The seats of two judicial members in the Lokpal are vacant. Justice (retd) Ajay Kumar Tripathi, a judicial member of the Lokpal, died in May. Another judicial member, Justice (retd) Dilip B Bhosle, resigned from his post in January. Singh said, "Filling up of vacancies is a continuous process when asked about these vacancies."
