I'd really recommend getting 70 attack, strength, defence, range and RS gold mage before trying barrows. You do not need that, just 70 mage and 50 triumphed for a MSB or just mithril bolts in Zanik's C'bow. It works for me. Although I have better stats now. If you do that though you'll want a canifis portal in your house which will require completion of DT (or it'll take slgihtly longer to get there, but, whatever).

You do not have to do DT, but it's a fun pursuit and you're going to need it done earlier or afterwards, and doing it today would be useful. As you don't need then, 70 att,def,str,range and mage would help considerably. You really, really, really do not need them. Barrows runs operate fine without Runescape gold 2107 them. I'm sure that 70 defence might help a little, but if you are using ice magics, you never should melee anyway. Whatsoever. Karil gets ruined by magical and ahrim is simply a little slow to stove.
