In a pleasant and thoughtful touch, if you decide at the conclusion of the season to update to the Gold Tier version then you will retroactively unlock everything you'd have unlocked already otherwise.

Some of the seasonal outfits are really cool and difficult to resist, like winged cybernetic android armor pieces and plenty of cute dresses and formal attire to mix things up, so I completely get it. Phantasy Star Online 2 is the type of game you probably already know whether you're interested in before you even play with it. Between the absurd variety in classes, sheer number of things to do and see, and the slick, elegant combat, there's lots of meat left on these eight-year-old bones. It definitely shows its age in some convoluted ways and buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta lacks an engaging narrative that can hold your attention, but complete it more than makes up for those shortcomings with a few of the most exciting combat that stands out than any action RPG released in recent decades.
