Tapered Button Bits is a construction equipment for drilling wellbore between two working levels.
The two work levels are referred to as the upper level and the lower level.
The work site for drilling rig construction is at the upper level, which can be a roadway or tunnel, or open air, which is called a work site;
The penetration point of the well constructed by the drilling rig is at the lower level, which is generally a tunnel or cavern, called the penetration point.

Working conditions of Tapered Button Bits
(1) The height of the working surface of the drilling rig in the tunnel should not be less than 5 meters, and the width should not be less than 4 meters. The equipment approach road can satisfy the equipment hoisting operation.
(2) The electrical equipment used at the construction site is 380 volts, the total power must not be less than 250 KW, and the water consumption on site must not be less than 10 cubic meters per hour. The water storage capacity of the construction pool must not be less than 12 cubic meters. The height of the pool must be low Based on the Tapered Button Bits construction foundation, it is convenient for the washing liquid to flow back into the pool during the pilot hole for recycling. The mortar at the bottom of the pool is wiped to prevent water loss.
(3) The length and width of the construction foundation shall not be less than 3 meters, and the thickness of the foundation shall not be less than 1 meter. The foundation must be excavated to the hard rock surface before construction, otherwise it is very easy to cause collapse.
 
Working point requirements
The requirements of the working site can meet the working size requirements of the main machine of the drilling rig (see the main technical parameter table of Tapered Button Bits for details), and the site conditions for placing other auxiliary equipment.
The transportation road leading to the working point should meet the transportation size requirements of the main drilling rig (see the main technical parameter table of Tapered Button Bits for details).
The work site should be equipped with power source and water source for the drilling rig.
Site condition requirements for drilling rig penetration point
The transportation road leading to the working point of the drilling rig should meet the transportation size requirements of the reaming drill tool (see the main technical parameter table of Tapered Button Bits for details).
Drainage ditch should be provided at the penetration point.
The site at the penetration point can use cleaning equipment that can smoothly discharge the slag produced by the reaming to the designated slag yard.

Impact on the environment and energy
 The energy used by the drilling rig is electric energy, which will not cause damage to the environment.
The well washing fluid used in the working process of the drilling rig, namely clean water or mud, meets the requirements of national environmental protection standards.
The cooling water and well-washing fluid used in the working process of the drilling rig are all recycled and will not be wasted.
