The "Panda" colorway is undoubtedly one of the most popular styles of the Nike SB Dunk, with second-hand sales rivaling even the best cultural collaborations. Soon, the combo will be working its magic again at Dunk High, albeit with some very subtle tweaks. Simple and uncomplicated, the shoe showcases the signature two-tone look. The leather overlay is black and takes the shape of the toe cap, eyestay, counter and Swoosh. Underneath, White hides smoother paneling, midsole and nylon tongue. Designed for long runs, but also for everyday training, these two styles are unique in the brutal and fast-paced running shoe industry. For casual runners looking to add to their daily running workouts in 2022, the ZoomX StreakFly is designed for shorter distances with a very unique but vital purpose. And, while running a 5K or 10K isn't an easy task for beginners, it's often used as a measure of progress, so what better shoe for that purpose?
Retro Jordan 2021, What differentiates StreakFly from VaporFly and AlphaFly is the board embedded in ZoomX foam. Ideal stiffness is achieved by using a shorter midfoot Pebax plate, which allows for extra ZoomX cushioning underfoot. According to Elliott Heath, Nike's product manager for running shoes, the lack of a full-foot plate increases grounding in the toe and heel for "more control and a slightly more aggressive feel." The upper is made of a lightweight engineered mesh construction, which allows the shoe to be very light at 185 grams for men's size 10 and 155 grams for women's sizes 8 and 9. The offset is 6mm for both males and females. The Nike running shoe features a contoured heel pod.
